The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction not a destination.

Services Offered

Individual Therapy

Treatment includes extensive work with individuals and/or their families to tackle problematic behaviors head on while exploring underlying difficulties. My approach draws from a range of therapeutic techniques including family systems and cognitive behavioral therapy. Sessions with children also incorporate a unique combination of talk, art, and play therapy to promote a comforting and safe atmosphere.

Dyads & Groups

Psychotherapy and social skill development through dyads (2 individuals) or group therapy (3+ individuals) offers the experience of learning with and from a peer. As such, interpersonal difficulties and relationships are especially highlighted.

testing

I offer comprehensive psychological, psycho-educational, and neuropsychological evaluations, which can provide unique insight into the specific strengths and weaknesses underlying an individual’s cognitive, academic, emotional, as well as interpersonal functioning. I’ve worked with a number of individuals and families to better understand concerns related to learning, attention, executive functioning, mood, as well as difficulties making/maintaining friendships. My assessments can be used for diagnostic clarity, school placement/planning, accommodations for standardized testing, or to help guide treatment. While I’ve had extensive experience working with a range of populations, I've additionally received specific training in the treatment and diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder.
